Hemolytic streptococcus by primers, sub for Pneumococcal Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus caused. Obviously anxious pharyngodynia onset, chills, fever, body temperature can reach more than 39 ℃. Examination showed obvious congestive pharynx, tonsils swollen congestive surface with yellow spots exudation, tenderness submandibular lymph nodes, lungs no abnormal signs.
